Vivian Lem began her career with State Farm in 1991 in the claims department and worked her way up into management. From 1999 to 2007, Vivian was a top agent in Staten Island before moving to her own Scarsdale location.

Vivian’s team includes licensed office manager Peggy Dalton, formerly of Barry Kohn’s office, who brings over 15 years of experience with her. Jean Lem, Office Representative, (and Vivian’s Mom) is also on hand to help.

Vivian is a 1986 graduate of Scarsdale High School who is very active in the Scarsdale community as a PTA class mother, a Junior League board member from 2009-2010 and a Junior league nominating and placement member from 2010-2011.
